How is your decaf coffee decaffeinated?
We only use natural decaffeination methods that retain the flavour and character of the coffee. Our house decaf range features Swiss Water, Mountain Water, and Sugarcane processes — all chemical-free, gentle on the beans, and excellent at preserving taste.
We also work exclusively with roasting partners who share our commitment to natural methods. Each coffee is clearly labelled with the process used, so you can make an informed decision.

Is your coffee ethically sourced?
Yes — we’re committed to sourcing all our coffee ethically. We work closely with trusted partners who prioritise fair trade, sustainable farming, and strong relationships with growers.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
Absolutely. All our packaging is either made from recycled materials or fully recyclable, because sustainability matters to us.
When are orders processed?
Individual orders are processed as soon as possible — usually within a day or two to ensure freshness.
Decaf Savvy subscriptions are processed every Monday.
Decaf Savvy & Friends subscriptions are processed every other Monday.
We’ll aim to get your first welcome order out quickly. After that, you’ll move into the regular Monday schedule.
How do your subscriptions work?
You can subscribe to individual house decafs or choose a rotating bundle.
With individual subscriptions, you’ll get the same coffee delivered on your schedule.
With a bundle, you’ll receive coffees on rotation — either from our Decaf Savvy range or a mix from Decaf Savvy & Friends. It’s an easy way to explore different decafs over time.
How do I manage my subscription?
Just log in to your account and click Manage Subscription. From there, hit Edit on your active subscription. You’re in full control — skip, pause, resume, or cancel anytime.
Can I cancel or change my subscription anytime?
Yes — you're in full control. Just log in to your account and click Manage Subscription to skip, pause, resume, or cancel whenever it suits you.
Where can I check the dates of my next subscription?
Log in to your account and click Manage Subscription. Then select View More on your active subscription, and click View Upcoming Orders to see your next delivery dates.
Can I change the frequency of my subscription?
Yes — simply log in to your account and click Manage Subscription. Select Order Frequency, choose your preferred schedule, and click Update to save the changes.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, you can update your delivery address — but changes only apply to orders that haven’t started processing. Just log in to your account, click Manage Subscription, select Shipping Address, update your details, and click Continue and Save to apply for your next order.
Has my coffee been dispatched?
You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including a tracking link so you can follow its journey. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder just in case.
What if there is an issue with my order?
